What data we collect
Only what you choose to fill in on the quote request forms: name, and/or email and/or phone, and the message content (notes, description of what you need).
What it's used for, and the legal basis
It's only used to prepare a message that you send yourself, through your own WhatsApp or email, in order to respond to your request. The legal basis for this processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). This site has no database or server of its own storing those messages, the data only leaves your device when you confirm sending it, and we don't retain it afterward.
Retention of model files
3D model files and messages exchanged directly via WhatsApp or email while producing an order don't pass through this site (see previous section), they stay only on those platforms and in our own working files. As a rule, we may keep those files indefinitely, to make it easier to reprint the same model later if requested, but we may also delete them at any time and for any reason, without prior notice, and we don't guarantee their long-term availability. You can ask us to delete your files at any time via braga3dprint@gmail.com.
Google reviews
We show real, public reviews from braga3dprint's Google profile (name, public profile photo, and review text), as they appear on Google Maps. We don't collect or process that data for any other purpose.
Cookies
This site uses only one technical cookie, to remember your chosen language (Portuguese or English). We don't use advertising or third-party cookies.
Data sharing and international transfers
We don't sell or share your data with third parties for our own purposes. Messages sent via WhatsApp or email are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies. In particular, WhatsApp is operated by Meta, which may process data outside the European Economic Area, subject to the international transfer safeguards Meta has in place.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your data, and to data portability. Contact us: braga3dprint@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt, if you believe the processing of your data breaches GDPR.
